Inspired by the intricate textile designs of William Morris of the Arts and Crafts Movement, this window illustrates the whimsicality of autumnal patterns. Each piece of the pattern is hand-treated with various metallic layers, including gold leafing, hand-brushed wax, paint, and cement to add and aged, remnant element to the composition. The suspended art wall in each of the windows is hand-constructed and built, wrapped in canvas, and hand painted with a textural treatment to compliment the pattern as a whole. To add a delicate touch to the installation, the art wall and two focal pieces in each window are suspended by metallic chain.
